Helen Negus Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia

Named after one of the first female Ethiopian exporters, this coffee is grown by Mohammed Hussein at 1,900 metres in nitrogen-rich volcanic soil.


With rainfall averaging at 1,850mm per year, this coffee is cultivated among ensete plants of the banana family and comes from the classic Yirgacheffe area.
