Named after one of the first female Ethiopian exporters, this coffee is grown by Mohammed Hussein at 1,900 metres in nitrogen-rich volcanic soil.
With rainfall averaging at 1,850mm per year, this coffee is cultivated among ensete plants of the banana family and comes from the classic Yirgacheffe area.
With a long gamey flavour and hints of grapefruit, it has a very clean cup.
