Regardless of what you want to call it, this Peach Rooibos Smoothie recipe makes a flavorful, caffeine-free, antioxidant-rich breakfast shake, afternoon snack or healthy dessert.

Yield: Two cups / Two servings
Ingredients:
1 heaping tsp. powdered rooibos (Store-bought or ground into powder in an electric spice grinder or coffee grinder)
1 pitted, sliced peach
1/2 cup milk or milk alternative
6 ice cubes
(Optional) 1 tsp. honey
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
